i should add that if you have a vcc, you can complete more free offers that require a cc verification.
without a cc, there's currently no free offer and all but one offer use only cc to complete them. that's the truth. there only one offer, usenext that allows you to use paypal to complete, and only for $1. it's cool but it only gives out 1 credit
for the PS3, which is 30 credits, 1 credit sucks, but for other prizes, like some phones that are only worth 8 credits, 1 credit is great for $1- meaning that you win a phone for $8
