Wouldn't be nice to make a list with sites that apparently are functionally but, in fact, they are only collect members money and don't payout?
From my experience i know some of that kind of sites.
In forums the posts that admin's site doesn't like are deleted or the site's forum is abandoned or doesn't exist. So you click and click and, when you want to cashout, you see that is impossible.
What do you think? I hope that list wouldn't violate this forum's rules.
